Harley was found in a shelter after being adopted 5 yrs ago and the owners are not returning calls. He is around 6-7 yrs young. He is the sweetest little thing. He loves to cuddle and wants to touch you all the time when sitting next to him. Loves kids and other dogs. He is ok with cats too just sniffs them and walks away. At only 31 lbs he is the perfect little love bucket to adopt!
- He gets along well with other dogs, but doesn't have a lot of interest in playing with them. He loves human attention and loves to sit on your lap
- He doesn't bark much
- There hasn't been any food aggression, but he will growl if another dog is too close.
- He "smiles" a lot
- He doesn't slobber like a regular basset
- Walks well on a leash and doesn't pull
- Loves any kind of attention. He was close to kids at the adoption fair earlier this month and was very calm around everyone.
- Would be a great dog for any family
