Welcome to OBHR Ruby!!! Ruby is about 2 years old and just a social butterfly who loves to cuddle! Ruby is unique among all the dogs OBHR has had as she is the only one who came to us via plane transport! She is now clicking her Ruby red basset paws together and saying “there’s no place like a FOREVER HOME”! Ruby is spayed and UTD and ready to go! She needs a home with a fenced in yard.
