Flash is a year and a half old basset. Good with dogs and cats! He must go to a home with a fenced yard. He is currently at our vet in Columbus and his neuter is scheduled in 2 weeks but he can go to forever home sooner if you are located near one of our vets in Columbus, Cincy or Dayton and can bring him in for a neuter at our expense.
