Meet Bruiser! This sweet adorably cute little man has a momma for a basset hound and daddy was a terrier Pomeranian mix. Yup. He’s a pomersetterrier. He is about 25 pounds and is 10 months old. He came to OBHR because his previous family didn’t have the time needed to make this boy SHINE! He will need help with house breaking but he’s young and eager to learn! What he doesn’t need any help with is being a handsome cuddly love bug!! He will need an active family and a fenced in yard. He is currently in the Columbus area, up to date and neutered! His adoption fee is $300. 
Adoption Process:

To meet one our dogs you must first fill out our application on our website ohiobassetrescue.com. Once submitted one of our volunteers will reach out to you. Upon approval you will be given an approval code to email us at ohbassetrescue@yahoo.com. Approvals are good for 6 months for any current or future dogs. After 6 months you will be directed to fill out an updated application. Please note we only process applications where the adopter lives in OH, IN, KY, PA, WV, lower MI. Adopters must be willing to travel to meet the dog they are adopting. Dogs locations are listed on their profile description on our website. Dogs are NOT all located in Brookville, that is our mailing address. Please understand we are all volunteers and will respond as soon as we can as we all have jobs and family obligations.
